Skilled Nursing (RN)

Our registered nurse will formulate a plan of in-home health care and hospice. The RN will work under the direction of the attending physician and is qualified to evaluate your condition, provide the appropriate support, care, and proper advice. RNs educate you on your medication and make sure that you are administering it properly. Our staff monitors infusion therapy, treat any wounds or sores, and assist in caring for all types of incisions. Our RNs goal is to provide you with quality personal care service and teach you how to manage your illness and prevent complications.

Personal Care Services (PCS) Home Health Aide

Home Health Aides provide services to those with a medical condition that need assistance with personal care and other tasks in the home. PCS services is a Medicaid, VA (Veteran Affairs) or Private Pay Program that assist with various personal hygiene and home management tasks i.e., assistance with bathing, toileting, tracking of vital signs, mobility safely, balance diet preparation, and light housekeeping/home management that are essential to your health.

Community Alternative Program (CAP) Services for Children

CAP services assist with the child’s overall assistance with the child's health and medical needs (i.e. eating or feeding, personal hygiene, preparation of activities on a daily basis).

Community Alternative Program CAP for Adults

Better Home Health Care's nursing staff provides a more substantial level of care as ordered by a physician. These services assist with personal care, housekeeping and meal preparation. It is intended to promote independence with attention to the physical, social, and emotional wellness.

Private Duty Nursing

Better Home Health Care provides medical nursing care which includes; Continuous Care, Medication Administration, Apnea Monitoring, Mechanical Ventilation Therapy, Oxygen Therapy, Tube Feeding, and Nebulizer Treatment and education.

Respite Care

Better Home Health Care is able to provide Respite Care for PCS patients and VA patients through a physician's order. Respite Care is also available through private funds. A doctor's order is not necessary for private pay patients.
