Psychosocial Rehabilitation Programs is designed to assist adults increase their quality of life in the home and in the community.
 
Better Home Health Care Day Program has friendly qualified staff the provide positive and therapeutic support.  Program staff assist participants with skill development leading up to successful independent living with the least amount of ongoing professional intervention.
 
Better Home Health Care Day Program goals is to equip consumer with skills using community supports and individualized intervention in a caring and safe environment.
 
 
The program encourages participation in community opportunities and hands on practice in real world activities involving employment, eduction, self-discipline and personal development.  The program is designed to help participants overcome the obstacles and stigma associated with their mental health issues.

Criteria for Admission
 
Referral through DHHS
Referral through LME
Referral for Psychosocial Rehabilitation by a physician, licensed psychologist, physician's assistant or nurse practitioner.
 
Impaired functioning that affect at least
two of the following:
Employment
Money or financial management
Acquiring public support services
Appropriate social behavior
Daily living activities
Self-management
